REGENERATION COMMUNICATION

The definition of regeneration is to: rebirth, renew, reclaim and transform. Our Regeneration Communication programs will allow youth and adults creative ways to use their voice to promote healthy thoughts within and regain broken relationships with their loved ones.

YOGA, BREATHING AND MEDITATION

The purpose of this program is to help youth and adults become more aware of whom they are and the power they hold within. Through these practices, you can heal your body, mind, spirit, and soul. Also, you become more focus and really learn how to enjoy life.

CREATIVE WRITING AND JOURNALING

Writing our thoughts down can be very therapeutic it helps us to de-clutter our brain. When we read what we write we can see more clearly and find different approaches to handle a situation. We use writing to correct, affirm and create new exciting visions for your life.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP

Through this program, we coach youth and adults in how to explore the many options of having an independent career or owning a business. We help them emulate the proper characteristics, attitudes and needed discipline conducive to being a positive role model.

YOUTH ENRICHMENT INSTRUCTOR

We create and implement fun, educational and exciting activities to enhance developmental skills through the use of various Creative Arts. Tapping into your creativity helps you establish a positive self-image and gain personal growth in an interactive way.

DIVINE PURPOSE DISCOVERY

Many people die without knowing their true purpose. When people know who they are, and their purpose in life, it allows them to value themselves more, thus making them more excited about life. We assist in helping you find and develop your purpose.

LIFE SKILLS AND GOAL SETTING

We teach critical thinking, independent living training, financial planning, budgeting, home-buyer/owner preparation, goal and priority setting. Also, we help youth and adults with resume building, interviewing, job and career preparation.

HEALTHY NUTRITION AND HERBAL REMEDIES

A great percentage of sickness and disease that is affecting people today derives from bad nutrition diets. This program gives information about the food you are consuming and how it plays a part in your overall health. You will also learn about the powerful uses of Herbs.

CONFIDENCE BUILDING AND SOCIAL SKILLS

When you have a healthy self-image you know your worth and love yourself. Once you love yourself you respect yourself. This allows you to have respect for others and the world. This program guides you to appreciate yourself, others and add more positivity to the world.
