REGENERATING ME INC is a Non-Profit organization with the purpose to help Youth and Adults, ``Renew, Reclaim, and Transform,`` their lives. Through their programs and activities, the organization helps people across the world with their mental and physical healing, self-awareness process and discovering their life purpose and how to walk with confidence. Some of our programs include:

Regeneration communication reverses unbeneficial subconscious beliefs

Yoga, Breathing, and Meditation: helps the mind, body, soul, and spirit to heal and become more balanced emotionally, mentally and physically.

Youth Enrichment: allows youth to express their creativity through writing and performing arts activities creating higher positive energy and a healthier attitude.

Life Skills and Goal Setting: financial planning, budgeting, and journaling are just some of the many ways we help you have a smoother walk through life.

Entrepreneurship and Leadership: will provide you with knowledge and options to chose the way you would like your life path to be designed.
